Did someone say mac-and-cheese? NOPE! It's Vegan-a-Roni! a Classic favourite among all families and easy to make for people on the move. The best thing about it is that it tastes just like mac-and-cheese but it's way healthier. Watch as we take a base of cashews and lentils and turn it into a fan favourite. It's easy to cook in about 35 mins.




  • 1/4 white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of cashews
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400ml canned lentils
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 dried thyme
  • 1 jar passata (jarred Tomatoes)
